I loved this recipe! I made it in an 8x11 pan to have thicker squares. Also, I didn't have any baking chocolate on hand, so just used 12 oz. of semi-sweet chocolate chips. Turned out great. I had to freeze some for a couple of days to keep my family from eating them all!

I have made this for YEARS. I have always added 1/2 cup of peanut butter to the melted chocolate top layer.

My aunt made these at least 25 years ago & I ate so many of them that I got sick. I made this for my husband to take to a Christmas party at work a few years ago & he said everyone fought over them. They really do taste like Peanut Butter Cups!! Yum-O
