Try Tilapia for the fish, very good, not fishy and a good price.

Another great way to eat fish. I am not a big fish fan but I really enjoy this dish. The potatoes in this recipe took a lot longer than expected. I think my idea of 2 large potatoes and their idea are two different ideas. Overall a great, fun, easy dish.

I would definitely make the fish again. I used tilapia. however, not sure what I did wrong on the fries. they weren't done and so I microwaved them to cook them faster and then they turned out horribly!

THIS RECIPE WAS VERY GOOD WE HADN'Y HAD FRESH FISH FOR AWHILE SO IT TASTED SO GOOD. I DIDN'T COOK THE POTATOES LONG ENOUGH THAT WAS MY FAULT. MY YOUNGEST SON ONLY ATE THE FISH WHICH IS PROBABLY BETTER FOR HIM THAN THE POTATOES. tHE FISH i USED WAS HALIBIT.

this is my first rating of one of your recipes. It was fantastic. I tried it with catfish, and it fell apart. I emailed the recipe to my son in law, he is going to try it also.

My husband loved this dish and I will make it again for him. I'm not that big on fish.

Fabulous fish & chips recipe! I used Cod fish. My local store didn't have the "extra crispy" coating mix, so I used the regular. I didn't have any Miracle Whip on hand, so I used mayonaisse. My husband puts fresh lemon juice on all of his fish, so he did it again. I had a bit of tartar sauce. My husband said "you can do this one again!".

My family loved this recipe. I did have to bake the chips a little longer than the recipe stated. The portion size is perfect for my family of four.
