Easy Baked Fish & Chips recipe

You'll never eat frozen fish sticks again once you dig into our crispy, flaky haddock. And our "chips"? Zestier than ordinary french fries.

Fabulous fish & chips recipe! I used Cod fish. My local store didn't have the "extra crispy" coating mix, so I used the regular. I didn't have any Miracle Whip on hand, so I used mayonaisse. My husband puts fresh lemon juice on all of his fish, so he did it again. I had a bit of tartar sauce. My husband said "you can do this one again!".

My family loved this recipe. I did have to bake the chips a little longer than the recipe stated. The portion size is perfect for my family of four.

This recipe is quick and easy to prepare. I used Tilapia Filets which were very moist and tasty. I will definetely make this for my family again. Thanks.

This turned out great on our first try. The kids enjoyed helping and then really ate it up (even my picky-eater). Use used haddock and extra Shake & Bake to make sure the filets were covered well. We will definitely make this again.

I used Tilapia for the fish......I think the one reviewer probably put too much dressing on the fish and maybe too much coating. Our fish was light, crunchy and tasty and the fries were also good. Much better for you than deep fried fish and chips.

Exactly as a previous poster said, the fish was extremely mushy. I had cooked it longer than recommended to eliminate this problem, but even that didn't help. Would never make this again.

The fish came out soggy and the texture made it hard to swallow. Nothing like the picture. My family left it on their plates and went looking for the peanut butter.
