This really was an easy recipe to make, and my husband who usually does not like fish thought it tasted great.

I did not out the coating on the potatoes and they came out really nice, but the fish......ugh....it came out soggy, not crisp. I tried the recipe twice, to make sure it wan't a freak thing.

I used my own homemade garlic mayonaise and WOW! It was great! Will definately make again and again.

Both of my picky eaters ate all on their plates with no troubles. I used Orange Roughy, but had to use extra Shake N Bake to cover the fish, and it was really good.

This came out soooooo good. I used cod filets and both regular and sweet potatoes. If you pat the extra moisture off the fish before dressing it, it should stick fine. The potatoes came out a bit raw but very good nonetheless. I added extra shakenbake to the potatoes throughout it's cooking so they came out nicely that way. Would definately make it again.

I just used regular SnB and it was ok. Had a hard time getting it to stick to the fish, and the potatoes could have used more dressing.

This extra crispy shake & bake is WAY too salty. Salt is the 3rd ingredient, and it made the coating extremely salty. I had to peel it off to enjoy the Cod fish. The potatoes were delicious.

I had trouble with this recipe. The dressing didnt stay on the potatoes (they barely had enough flavor), and the breading wouldnt stay on the fish. especially when turning the fish over to bread the other side and then also on the underside when cooking. My boyfriend and i also had a diffence of opinion as to whether the fish was done or not. It looked flaky to me but he said it was too chewy (which he 'says' means its undercooked). Also, the cod fillets we bought were very odd shaped rather than the perfect rectangular shape shown in the photo. I would still try another attempt at this recipe but i would definitely would try to figure out a way to make everything stick.

This recipe was great! Quick, easy to make and delicious. My husband who has had heart problems loved it. We're tired of making fish the same old way. A Must Try, you'll be glad you did!!!

This was very easy. In fact, this was the first time I ever baked fish! The fish remained flaky and moist.
