My husband is not much of a cook, but he made this for us the other night using tilapia filets, and what an easy, delicious recipe! Thanks!

Husband and I loved it. We used Tilapia Fillets instead of the listed fish and it was great. We have made the potatoes several times and they always please!!!

this was ok. the taste was great, but the coating ended up sort of lumpy and unappetizing, and it was messy to make.

I never made potato wedges in the oven that turned out very well until this recipe. Great flavor and lowfat!

I thought this was a nice change from plain fish. The dressing was good on the potatotes but the coating didn't want to stick very well.
