I really did not like this at all. The shak'n bake did not stick at all to the potatoes, they were hard on the outside and had no real flavor and the fish was just ok for me, my husband and kids liked it but I thought the mayo was way too messy. If you want to cut down on sodium and fat, use egg whites instead of mayo, the shak'n bake should stick better.

I used lake perch for this recipe. We really loved the taste of the fish. Will make this a lot. The potatoes were okay. Needed a little more spice.

Loved the potatoes, have to tweak the recipe for the fish. Maybe less mayo?

My very picky husband loved this fish and has asked me several times when we are having it again, which will be soon since it was so easy!

My family loved this. They said it was the best fish and chips ever and didn't realize it was good for them.

This was great tasting and very easy. I simplified by just using both packages of Shake and bake(one for fish and one for fries)

For people like me the salt content on most of your recipes is way too high. At 1000 mgs .for one item it is just too much. Combining Shake and Bake and salad dressing taste good but just can not be done.

I try to look for fish recipes without frying. This one I know I would like especially the seasonings.

My husband made this and it was excellent. I don't normally like fish, but this was really moist, and the Miracle Whip enhanced the flavor a lot.
