Awesome and easy! Very low in calories. I loved this recipe and even my mom who doesn't like fish thought it was great. She added some garlic sea salt mixture to it, and it made it even better. Highly recommend for anyone! My 3-year-old daughter even ate it. The potatoes were outstanding.

The only reason why I gave this recipe a bad rating was because of the fish I used. Where I live, its impossibl to find cod or halibut, so I used a white pollack fish. DO NOT USE THIS FISH FOR THIS RECIPE! It was absolutely awful. The chips were good though.

I made this for my family when it was published in the magazine, and I did half fish and half chicken, my husband doesn't do fish ever. It was a total success for our family, and my 2yr old and 3yr old ate it up, these girls don't usually eat ANYTHING I make. Any recipe that they approve of in this house is a total keeper for us, and I will be making it regularly from now on. It is very easy to tweak for chicken instead of fish.

I thought it was horrible. My husband thought it was edible. I may have used too much miracle whip. It didn't come out looking like the pic and it wasn't crispy. Not at all like real fish and chips.

We thought this recipe was a keeper! I wouldn't change a thing. It may just become my favorite way to cook fish. ...... However, 1 lb. of fish usually serves 2 in my household (rather than 4) When I make it again, I plan to allow for 1/2 lb. of fish per person. The potato portions were accurate as written, in my opinion (2 large potatoes for 4 people).
