Loved this recipe! My husband gets sick of the same-old, same-old potatoes, and this was a great change-up. I could not find the vinaigrette at my usual grocery store, so I just used the regular Kraft sun-dried tomato dressing, and the potatoes tasted great. The only thing I would do differently is cut the potatoes a little deeper so that they fan out more. I had no issues with the recommended cooking time. Very quick and easy to make.
