You can buy beef and chicken already cut into strips and shrimp peeled and deveined at most grocery stores. Vegetables, such as broccoli, peppers and snow peas are also available pre-cut in bags in your produce section.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup crushed PLANTERS Almonds, Cashews or COCKTAIL Peanuts on any of these stir-fries for added crunch.
To store leftover cut peppers or broccoli, slice or cut up and store in airtight container in refrigerator. Serve the next day as a snack with KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing for dipping or save for a quick soup the next night.
