Amazing! We used only 2 tortillas per layer, and I think next time we're going to sprinkle cheese on top 5 minutes before it's done.

I like it better with 2 tortillas between each layer. I also add salsa to the top layer before the cheese. Everyone loves it. Also very filling.

This is a very easy recipe and my husband and I love it. I have already made it a few times. I also add in a can of Rotel (mild) diced tomatoes and green chilies after I mix the seasoning in with the ground beef. This gives it an extra kick!

I've made this recipe numerous times because it is one of my husband's faves. I add a little bit of cheese between each tortilla or else they slide when you cut it. Great dish, very filling!

I love this recipe and so does my family. It's quick & easy to make. It also is great as a left over the ext day or lunch. My 2 year old loves it when I make this meal.

I haven't made this yet, but I think it would be good with enchilada sauce drizzled over the top of it before serving... Mmmm... I'll let you know how it comes out!! Stay tuned...
