This recipe is one of family's favorites. Sometimes I substitute corn for the beans and sometimes leave it out.

I make this recipe but use green or colored sweet peppers instead of the green beans. I grow peppers.

This sounded too easy - but it turned out so good my husband went back for seconds - will make again for a pot luck in the near future

Recipe was easy to put together and made for a hearty meal. However, I felt it was lacking in flavor and therefore the next time I make it I will probably add something, maybe salsa.

This was very good, and I added onions, salt and pepper and chicken bouillon cube to the meat.

I have made something similar to this for 15 years. I mix mushrooms, broccoli and onions into the meat and then add the mac and cheese and mix all together. Adding tomatos to this dish sounds good, think I will try that.

OMG...this is the bomb, this recipe. I found it in one of your mags a year or so ago and have made it dozens of times. EVERYONE loves it, including my picky grandkids. They love helping me make it. A++++++ receipe

Absolutely love the taste and ease of this receipe. We make it almost weekly because my hard to please boys love it so much. It is also a great casserole to make and share with friends, especially ones with kiddos.

This was very good! And I'm not a fan of mac & cheese in a casserole type dish. I will definitely make this again!
