I made this one with Italian tomatoes instead of the ones they say to use. It added more flavor, some salt and pepper are needed, but I like it!

I found that this was kindof tasteless :( There used to be a taco/mac recipe I really liked but couldn't find it so I tried this one. I didn't like it half as much.

Not good at all. Odd combination of ingredients that do not mesh well together. No flavor

My family loves this recipe. So easy to make and it goes a long way! Serve with rolls or a salad. Add Garlic to the meat while it is cooking for added flavor.

i'm sorta "eh" about this recipe. i made a few adjustments based on the recommendations of other members. (i added more spices & herbs to add more flavor, substiuted fresh tomatoes, zucchini, corn & red pepper for the green beans.) this is one ofthose strange recipes that you taste and think: 'i don't hate it, but i don't love it either.' i think it's a good way to get most kids to eat more veggies - though mine weren't convinced by the mac & cheese topping (they just ate it off of the top). it reminded me of shepherd's pie with mac & cheese instead of mashed potatoes on top.

This was a very strange combo...It didn't have much flavor, and the texture was odd. My son only ate the mac and cheese and my husband and I wished that was all we had eaten too. It was easy to make, but was not very appealing.

3 1/2 stars. ;) Quick and easy. Would make this again; however, we found it a bit too salty as-is.
