I thought this was excellent, my son (who doesn't like most veggies) loved it. Next time I won't add as many crackers.

I liked it. the mustard gave it added zip! My family however, did not care for this. I think my husband was turned off from the beginning because of the melted cream cheese.

The smell of the dijon mustard in the microwave nearly turned me off this one but it was good afterall & of course, easy too!

My family couldn't get enough of this dish. They have requested it many times. It's really good.

A good recipe. You have to try it for yourself to see if you like it. Its quick and easy and if it fits your taste would be delicious, but unfortunately it did not fit mine.

I did not have the peppercorn ranch dressing so I used instead regular ranch. It tasted like So Simple Caluliflower Mash but overall, it was good.I think the dijon mustard taste disappeared.

I would make it again. I really liked it. My husband didn't & my one daughter thought the dijon mustard was too strong of a flavor. My other 2 kids liked it , as I did. Maybe next time I'll use less dijon mustard or maybe I'll just omit it.

I made this to serve with slow-cooker BBQ country ribs. It was a perfect match to the spice BBQ sauce! My 5-year-old son loved it. I didn't have the peppercorn ranch so I used regular ranch. This sauce would be good on any vegetables.
