This is a tasty, quick, one-skillet meal that every busy mom should have in her recipe box.

Quite good and easy to make. I cooked the shells separately while the sausage cooked and then added them to the sausage & tomatoes, which worked pretty well and probably cut down on the cook time.

This is actually a really good quick meal. I served it with cornbread and added a little crushed red pepper, but we're southerners we like everything served spicy with cornbread

My kids did not like this recipe and I wasn't that crazy about it either. I might try it again using real sausage (I used turkey sausage the first time), but I really don't think that's going to improve it much. I really am very surprised at how much everyone else seems to have enjoyed it.

Wonderfuly, filling, easy recipe. I agree that you need to add at least 3/4 cup more water. Great for a cold day. Cozy and filling. Delicious.

I didn't follow the recipe completely. I made the low fat version of regular Mac & Cheese. Also, I didn't have the broccoli, but put in a cooked/frozen Green Giant Broccoli & cheese pack. My husband normally does not like skilletsor left-overs; however, the taste was so outstanding he recommended I put it on our fall menus and he even ate the left-overs for lunch the next day! This is especially great when we're trying to watch our pennies! Not only does it taste good, but it's not too heavy on our wallets!

This was a great recipe - the whole family really liked it. However, I needed to add much more water than the recipe calls for - about 2 1/2 cups were needed. Good flavor and good use of veggies.

I thought I felt really bloated after eating even a small bowl of this, but the taste was good. There is a fair amount of sodium in this dish also.

My husband used this recipe and it was wonderful! My hats off to whomever created this dish! I could not get enough of it!
