I would cut the Italian Seasoning in half, I felt it was overpowering. I am a very picky eater so I tweaked the recipe a little bit using the fattier versions lol. All Beef Smoked Sausage is what I used and loved it!!

My family loves this recipe. We have made it with several different types of macaroni and cheese, (Velveeta, Kraft Dinner and regular Kraft) but found it tastes best with the Velveeta.

This was a very good, one-pan meal. The clean up was so easy! The sausage seemed a little salty, so next time I will cut it into smaller pieces - it was a favorite at my house!

This is a very easy dish to make. I did not have any issues with the liquid measurements. It does look low, but it is enough to cook the pasta. I sliced each sausage piece in half for more bite size pieces. I used fresh broccoli. Overall, this is a dish I can highly recommend whether it is for a family or a date or just a comforting home made meal.

You can use green beans instead of broccali too!
