I also substituted the smokey sausage for hot italian sausage and it came out wonderfully. An excellent and easy recipe for someone who is in a rush and need something quick.

I might try this with chicken, but it wasn't very good with the sausage.

Great combination of flavors. I used diced tomatos with green chilies, it added a nice kick to the flavor.

I too was a little worried as I was putting it together, it didn't look like a great combination. But...it was great. Very tasty and so easy. I will definately make it again.

I made this for my family and it was great! I added Rotel Tomatoes to it for some additional spice.

This was so easy to make!! It did NOT look as good as it did in the picture and I was a little skeptical, but it was delish! I would make it again and I have passed it on to all my friends that have little ones! They will love it!

I made this the other night. I was kind of leary about the ingredients, but I thought I would try it and I was glad that I did. I omitted the Italian Seasonings and instead used Crushed Red Pepper, Garlic and Black Pepper. It turned out great. I loved the smoky taste the dish had. I will definitely make this again.
