These are the best scalloped potatoes I have ever eaten. The dijon mustard is the key. I am making these for Thanksgiving to take to Mom's!

This was very good and easy to make. I made this for a casual dinner party and the dish was scraped clean.

This recipe sounded phenominal to me but when I was cooking it realized I would not like it. It smelled just as bad as it tasted. (I am pregnant though). My boyfriend didn't think it tasted like anything but the rest of the family thought it was great. I suggest you try it though because I am pregnant so once I didn't like the smell to it I couldn't eat it and my boyfriend is the pickiest eater in the world. So give it a chance because it sounds great and probably tastes great too, if you can get past the smell.

This was a very fast, easy and affordable side dish. It very much reminded me of my grandma's homemade scalloped potatoes, And my whole family loved it!

The potatoes were a little bland. I made them with a baked ham and while the kids loved the ham and veggies, they didn't like the potatoes much at all.
