Roasted Red Potatoes with Bacon & Cheese

Roasted Red Potatoes with Bacon & Cheese recipe
Ranch dressing and bacon are a pretty awesome pair. Now add potatoes to the mix, roast them to a toasty finish and you’ve got a surefire hit on your hands.

Very good. Next time I will add a little more cheese and bacon though.

My husband and I both enjoyed this. I left out the parsley, it didn't seem vital. The recipe says to quarter the pototoes, I went a bit smaller and I think that worked well to cook all the way through. The ranch did give it a zing.

I prepared this dish as a side dish for me and my husband for dinner. It was a big hit with both of us. I will definitely be making this yummy dish again!!

Delicious & simple. However, they definitely needed more cooking time & possibly increase oven temp to 375. I cooked my own bacon instead of using bacon bits.

It took about two hours for the potatoes to get to where they weren't stiff anymore. Due to the longer baking time, the flavors dripped to the bottom of the pan so it wasn't wonderful. Next time I will boil them for a bit. That way I think the recipe will turn out way better.

Good recipe, but the cooking time was a bit off for me. Mine need about 1hr 15mins.

This was an excellent recipe. I boiled the potatoes and added some carrots with them as well. Cooked them in boiling water for about 5 minutes and then transferred to a cookie sheet. Put in over for 20 minutes and it worked out perfect. The carrots tasted great with the potatoes. Added real bacon and it was to die for.

I made this for a potluck and it got rave reviews. I couldn't believe how simple it was. I told my mom and she made it for a potluck she attended, where everyone loved it.

Very tasty! These do not taste like Ranch, rather the ranch just makes them more gooey and delicious.
