Roasted Red Potatoes with Bacon & Cheese

Roasted Red Potatoes with Bacon & Cheese recipe
Ranch dressing and bacon are a pretty awesome pair. Now add potatoes to the mix, roast them to a toasty finish and you’ve got a surefire hit on your hands.

Very good. I do add more ranch and cheese but still it is a very good recipe. I also usually bake it longer than it says. I like to make it for get togethers. Everyone loves it!
My family ate it all & wished I had doubled the recipe!
This was very good, I mixed the ranch in with the potatoes and then added the cheese and bacon and It stuck very well. I also boiled the potatoes for a few min because a lot of people said that they did not cook well enough. The only thing that I would change would be to add more cheese to the mix.
The first time I made this dish the potatoes did not get tender enough for my family. The second time I made this dish I boiled the potatoes for a few min. and the dish was perfect.
These potatoes were AWESOME! Now a favorite of mine! They were very easy and delish. After reading the reviews, I did parboil the potatoes...probably 5 minutes...cooled them, mixed the recipe and let set in the 9X13 in my fridge until dinner. I added green onions, salt and pepper, and more bacon and cheese! Great recipe that you can tweak to your own tastes.
This was good. I liked the flavor the ranch dressing gave the potatoes. It seemed like they were missing something though.
Good side dish. I added chopped green onions. It definitely benefits from letting the flavors settle overnight.
My husband is NOT a big fan of potatoes and he loves these! I make them mostly when we do a BBQ.
The whole family loved this dish!
I made this for our 1st. annual Corn Party and everyone loved it,even my husband who is a very fussy eater..The only problem was I wish I would have made more. 1 dish wasn't enough..
