Roasted Red Potatoes with Bacon & Cheese recipe

Ranch dressing and bacon are a pretty awesome pair. Now add potatoes to the mix, roast them to a toasty finish and you’ve got a surefire hit on your hands.

My husband made this recipe to take to his family reunion. It was a big hit at the reunion and at home. He was able to do it on his own, and everyone thought it tasted great!
Easy to make and my dad loved it!
I was looking for a recipe to go with the meatloaf I was making for my study group. This was AWESOME! I added more bacon. (you can't ever go wrong with more bacon) The guys liked it so much I have made it 4 times since. There are never any left overs. You should try this.
i didnt have bacon i just made it with the cheese and the dressing. OOOOHH soooo good! i added another half cup of cheese when i took off the foil. and i used plain cheddar. it is great. Even my 14 month old and almost 3 year old LOVED IT!
Instead of using bottled ranch dressing, I used the ranch powder and mixed with Nonfat Plain Yogurt, Fat Free Sour Creme, 1 T light mayo and 1/4 skim milk. I had my son taste this after it sat and he said much better than FF bottled dressing. I used this mixture on the potatoes and used fat free Kraft shredded cheddar cheese. My family could not tell that it was low fat at all. Great dish, will make again.
I made this for the first time for Easter dinner and it was absolutely delicious. I needed to serve a few more so I added half again as many ingredients and there was about 1/2 cup of potatoes left by the end of dinner!! Super easy and super good!
very easy and very tasty. i cook it 55 minutes, then remove foil, stir, and cook additional 15 minutes. i found the original cooking time left the potatoes a bit firm. have made it several times. it is an impressive dish for a potluck! you can easily "downsize it" for fewer servings.
Good, but thought they were better reheated the second day...perhaps because the flavors had time to blend.
Have made several times. Absolutely wonderful. Cook with Family Classic Meatloaf uses same temperature and cooking time.
