Ranch dressing and bacon are a pretty awesome pair. Now add potatoes to the mix, roast them to a toasty finish and you’ve got a surefire hit on your hands.

I added more ranch. Used pre-cooked bacon bits (the whole package). This is my favorite way to make potatoes!

Tasted great! Used this recipe with the Dijon ratatouille. Used crumbled turkey bacon instead of the bacon bits. Will definitly make again!

These are delish! We make them at least every few weeks. I use some sour cream as well as the ranch dressing.

My family loves this recipe. I microwave the potatoes before tossing with the other ingredients. This not only cuts down on the baking time, but guarantees that the potatoes will be completely cooked. I'm looking forward to sharing this recipe with my friends.

My family loved these potatoes. They always request grandma to make them when she comes over. I am grandma :)

My husband does not care for potatoes, I tried this recipe on him and he loves it. My sister made the potatoes for my parents one night and they enjoyed it as well. It's a hit with our family. TIP: boil the potatoes for a bit first and try using turkey bacon!!
