I enjoyed this recipe but won't add as much cheese next time. But it was easy to prepare and didn't take long.

My family loved these potatoes! I baked them a little longer in the oven to get a crisp bottom. They were awesome.

I boiled the potatoes for 10 minutes, then cut them in quarters to shorten the oven time. I then baked them with the foil on for 10 minutes & foil off for 10 minutes. My family LOVED this recipie & the potatoes were a perfect consistency!

I took the advise of others, cut potatoes smaller and added additional spices (ie salt, pepper & fresh garlic). I added extra cheese on top also. Potatoes were good. This is a good dish for feeding a lot of guests.

This recipe was great! I made it for my family and everyone wanted the recipe and they thought there was more to it. They were so suprised how easy it was to make it! The only thing I changed the second time making was cutting the potatoes in smaller pieces

I was not very impressed with this recipie. It was very bland. My husbands response says it all..."It just tastes like regular potatoes." It also took much longer to cook then the recipie stated!

I loved these - the taste, the simplicity! Little more ranch & chesse wouldn't hurt though :)

It was okay. I think it needs some more seasoning. You might try garlic salt with it too. You could also serve it with sour cream.
