I agree that the cooking time is not long enough and the other ingredients don't really stick to the potatoes. Overall it tastes pretty good despite that. I also used real bacon and green onion instead of bacon bits and parsley.
Family enjoyed this. Was very taste. I also make it on the grill.
This became oily when baked and the toppings did not stick well to the potatoes. This may have tasted better if the ranch, cheese and bacon were added to mashed/smashed potatoes.

my whole family liked this one! i also used real bacon like someone else and tasted even more yummier! if you like creamier potatoes, add a little more dressing. a really good side dish

Very good! I didn't use the light dressing and used real bacon. I'm sure it wasn't as healthy but it tasted great!
You should cook this dish longer than the recipe states. I cut the potatoes smaller that quartered and they were still undercooked. I added more cheese and used chives instead of parsley. It was still delish and I will make is again - will keep it in the oven for about 10-15 min longer.
This was really good. I boiled the potatoes for a few minutes and then followed the recipe. This cut the oven time down to 20 min. Excellent recipe and tasted great. I actually cut up 2" pieces of carrots and added them and they were really good mixed with the potatoes.
My potatoes came out good. Even my husband who is a very picky eater liked them. I will follow some other suggestions and cook for longer or microwave my potatoes first as they were not tender enough after the stated cooking time. I would definitely make again.
