My family loves these potatoes. I see that some of you have said that the potatoes where still a little hard after you baked them. What I did was I cubed the potatoes like it said and then I cooked them on the stove first. I then put them in the oven to melt the cheese only. This way they are already cooked and it takes less time. I hope this helps.

We loved these potatoes! I don't understand the reviews that say they took longer than 55 minutes because I baked for exactly 55 minutes and they were perfect! I wouldn't change a thing...awesome.

Im not big on ranch dressing myself, but my kid's are and they love these potatoes. And my husband finished them off. So anything my family will eat and enjoy i will alway's be happy to make again.

If you follow the recipe, be prepared for the potatoes to take longer than 55 mins to get done. Mine took 2 hrs and I used fewer potatoes than it calls for. I suggest roasting them at 375 and cutting them no larger than 1/2" cubes. They tasted ok, but not great.

The potatoes were a little hard so I will make sure to cut them smaller next time. The flavor was great and it was very easy to put together. I will definitely make this recipe again.

This a very good recipe! Easy to make and goes great with Steak or brisket in the oven! Just add a little more cooking time and more ranch and cheese and it is wonderful!
