These were really good. I agree with the other reviewers that the time is way off. I cooked the potatoes covered for an hour and the still were not cooked, I put them back in for twenty minutes and turned the temp up to 400. They were cooked. I would put them in starting at a higher temp, with that said, they were delicious.
We love it! I make them every Thanksgiving and Christmas! And for every church dinner! Theyre a big hit! also good or a week night dinner.
i usually don't like to cook but this was so easy and good i have been asked to make again very soon
These are delicious! However, I did shake the potatoes in a packet of powdered Ranch before baking and I added an extra drizzle ranch to the top of the potatoes just before I took them out of the oven. Boyfriend really liked them!

This was a great side dish & so easy!
I made this without the bacon bits (didn't have them on hand) but instead added in sliced green onions (white parts only) with the dressing and cheese. When I removed the foil, I stirred in the green parts of the onions. This is a good idea for vegetarians. It was delicious. As others have said, it definitely needs to cook longer with the foil on. I cooked it 10 extra minutes without the foil and the potatoes were still "al dente." We enjoyed it anyway and I look forward to making it again. One other suggestion: since the cheese seemed to get lost, next time I will only add half of the cheese with the dressing and sprinkle the rest on when the foil comes off and it is baked for the additional time.
This was an excellent recipe, fast & easy. I used italian seasoning at the end! Was delicous, will make for a family get together soon.

This dish is AMAZING! I didn't make it, but my sister did last night...she had me over for dinner. I'm on here getting the recipe and just decided to rate it. This will most definitely be one of my family's favorites!!
