Great easy recipe... I made it without the bacon to save on fat and calories. Turned out great!

We diced the potatoes and put them on the grill with foil. It was very easy to make and no clean up! Everyone loved them.

I didn't have any ranch dressing on hand, so I used lite Ceasar and it was wonderful. Can't wait to try the ranch, but I don't think it could be any better.

I used petite red potatoes and they turned out perfectly cooked in the alotted time. I added fresh black pepper and some no salt added garlic and herb seasoning. Delicious. Definitely best warm, not cold.

Delicious and really hit the spot at our 4th bbq. I added more cheese and wished I would have added a little more ranch though. I might have tried cooking this another 10 mins as some of the potatoes still were a little hard in the middle. I will definitely be making this again!

This is very tasty. I added more ranch and cheese then it called for and substituted diced pre-cooked bacon for the bits. It really takes about two hours to make, but is well worth it!

I diced the potatoes (also salt & peppered) to be sure they'd get done in time. Also be great wrapped in foil and placed on the grill. Very tasty!
