Roasted Red Potatoes with Bacon & Cheese

Excellent! The whole family enjoyed it!

Wasn't what I expected. It was just ok.

I cooked them at 375 and added extra cheese, they still did not have much flavor. I was not impressed.

I wanted a potato receipe that was quick to prepare and tasted good. My potato's were cut down to bite size pieces. I prepared this dish exactly as stated. After 1 1/2 hr, I checked and the potato's were not soft. So, since the main course was ready, I nuked them, which worked. However, the potato's seemed dry and I just did not like the taste. So, boy was I bummed.

A great side dish! Delicious and very easy to make. I added extra ranch and cheese. Be sure to coat the pan with non-stick spray. A+++

The potatoes were delicious. The whole family liked them, but they took longer to cook than the recipe states. I also bumped the temperature up to 375.

These were delicious! I served them with an herbed pork loin. But I borrowed the actual cooking drections from the 'Rosemary-Dijon Pork Chops & Oven Potatoes Dinner' recipe and microwaved them. DELICIOUS!! I will definitely make them again!
