Rice, Broccoli 'n Cheese Cups

Rice, Broccoli 'n Cheese Cups recipe
I LOVE this recipe. Simple and I can even get my kids to eat that "green stuff" because I chop the broccoli really small. It makes great left overs to take to work too!

I thought this recipe was simple and quick to make. It was a little bland so the next time I make it, I will add Garlic & Herb or Italian seasoning. Will also try cheddar cheese and chopped asparagus.

My kids enjoyed this very much. I substituted Cheddar cheese, and added a bit of garlic powder.

I loved this recipe. My husband and son enjoyed it. In fact, I made it with dinner two nights in a row! Also, very easy to make.

This is super easy and super good! Poke a meatball (cooked) in the middle of each muffin to make a one dish mini meal.

I would make this recipe again, but add salt/pepper or garlic. It was a little bland.

I loved this neat recipe. I used cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella. It gave it a better taste. Kids will love it.

I used a broccoli & cauliflower mix. It was great! My 1yr old gobbled it up! Leftovers are now freezing for a quick and easy meal or side dish. Will make again!

This is great, fast and easy, I made it the other day, I doubled the recipe and froze the left over... Defrosted one today for lunch... and still it tasted as fresh as when it was first made...
