These were OK, but if I make this recipe again, I probably won't use the cheese topping towards the end of baking time. It made clean up a little messier and I don't think the cheese added a whole lot of flavor (especially to the sweet potatoes.)

We also make it all the time. My kids love it. For a change I will use the balsamic vinegarette dressing. It adds a rich sweetness. Both ways are great. No fuss or mess.

Great recipe! My 15mnth old and I both love them, still working on my 5yr old. Even got my husband to eat them with no complaints and that's a hard thing to do. I also added a dash of onion and garlic powder the 2nd time I made them.
