The recipe was not that great using the Kraft liquid dressing. So I tried making it with 1 env. GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing mix instead along the grated cheese.
I mixed the dry ingredients in a storage bag and then toss the potatoes in. After you place them in the baking pan, it helps to drizzle them with a little bit of olive oil.
The potatoes came out great!! Very tasty!
