This is a great idea for a new twist on potatoes. Tastes great! Would definately make this dish again.

These are GREAT! I'm a huge fan of sweet potatos, but my husband normally won't eat them. Even he enjoyed these. I chose to cut the potatos into bite-size pieces and cooked a bit less than the full hour. I also added a bit of black pepper and extra dressing at the halfway point because they were starting to stick and burn a bit. I will definitely make these again. I think they'd be great with a bit of shredded cheddar on top.

Very tasty way to cook sweet potatoes! The white potato spears are still a wonderful classic too. Word of advice though: Turn the potatoes after thirty minutes and maybe again after 45 minutes to keep them from burning, as well as the use of lots of cooking spray or nonstick foil.

These were great. My family loved them, even the ones that normally don't like sweet potatoes. Use plenty of Pam though as they do stick to the foil.

I loved these potatoes! My new favorite! They had so much flavor. I added a dash of sea salt which I think really topped it off.

The potatoes were very good especially the sweet potatoes. I changed it a bit though. I used the Good Seasons Italian Dressing with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and instead of parmeson cheese and fresh parsley I used dried Rosemary. It worked out very well.

Since my family enjoys both types of potatoes this was a wonderful side dish. We enjoyed the different flavors combined together. Your magazine is just wonderful and I can't wait for the next issue to arrive to try some new ideas for family and friends. Thank you for the magazine. I also encouraged my daughter and daughter-in-law to sign up for the magazine and they love it.

My family loved these potatoes...young and old... the kids liked the regular "french fries" while the grandparents were very pleased with the sweet potatoes. This recipe works great for crowd pleasing!
