They were not cooked all the way and didn't taste quite right. We tried this with red potatoes and that did taste good. Not for this one. I cooked them for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Maybe they are not supposed to be crispy like I had imagined.

My family loves these spears! I have made them several times. They are so easy, and really good. My daughter likes them with a little dill on them......CC

This recipe is WAY too frivolous with the time you have to bake....... wasting way too much electricity or whatever you use for energy today. I microwave mine before I crisp them. Trust me, this is a waste of energy to cook that long, unless you have a huge family feast and baking meat for that long.

I have made this recipe several times. It is just great. I have even tried this one on the grill using foil wrap... need to perfect it a bit yet though.

This is one of my favorite things to make, especially with grilled meats. I have used every potato imaginable, and different kinds of dressing. They are even good left over and reheated!

Very good! I cooked the potato's for a few minutes in the microwave to reduce cooking time since we seem to always be running off somewhere!

I have made this several times now and my family loves it! My advice: cook the potatoes a little in boiling water before placing in the over ... it definitely cuts down on cooking time. Otherwise, they are absolutely delicious!

The fries were good especially the sweet potatoes, but I didn't think the dressing really added much to the flavor.
