No matter how thick or thin the potatoes are, baking in the oven leaves them a little soft, baking longer = dry and soft. It would be worth it to fry in the salad dressing rather than baking if crispy potatoes are desired.

Very good! Really stuck to my pan though, even with a little oil, I think I will try it on parchment paper next time.

Very easy to make and it fits with any meat or chicken entree add green salad and a vegetable, loved it.

We really liked this dish. I added some sea salt while they were baking and I think that added a little flavor.

It takes a long time to bake these. Next time we'll put them in the microwave for a while first and then put them in the oven to get the dry heat.

Didn't have italian dressing, so used vinigarette instead and it turned out good. Next time I'll definitely use italian. Husband liked the sweet potatoes, I liked the white potatoes.

I've made this recipe several times and it's delicious! I think it's easier to cut the potatoes into chips instead of spears, and because they're a bit thinner, you don't have to cook them as long! Sometimes I even add some green beans and bell peppers to the mix! Yum!
