This recipe was just ok. loved the flavour. However, they were not crispy enough. We preferred the sweet potatoes.

I made this recipe with the white potatoes only. The flavor was very good. However, the potatoes were not all completely done or crispy. I recommend cook them longer or at a higher temperature.

My son liked this recipe very well. He did say, however, that next time I made this to only use the sweet potatoes. All in all it was very good.

Very good for how easy it was to prepare. The low-calories are certainly a plus. I helped my sister make the recipe. We added extra dried herbs- crushed rosemary, oregano, black pepper, & other Italian herbs. Be sure to slice the spears smaller. Too thick slices can be sorta soft ( especially the sweet potatoes). Try dipping them in mayo mixed with black pepper-YUM! Have a grand day!!!! :D

I made this using regular potatoes and it was terrific. I intend to try it with sweet potatoes as well. Much healthier than store bought fries. And more delicious, too. :)

I didnt try the white potatoes but have no doubt they were better than the sweet. The sweet potatoes were hard to cut into wedges, mushy and difficult to get off my baking stone in one piece. I just dont think the sweet flavor of the potato, the dressing and parmesan meshed well.

Delicious! I topped with bacon bits and a smidge of powdered onion. The sweet potaotes were quite difficult to "spear", but worth the trouble. YUMMY!
