The sweet potatoes were impossible to cut into spears and I did not enjoy the flavor.

Oh my goodness!! Very, very good. My sister and I couldn't stop eating these. Some made it to the table with the rest of the meal. :)

Delicious and easy to make. We actually made a double batch and the leftovers were just as delicious.

Healthier way to make french fries at home. Everyone enjoyed them, I especially liked the seet potatoes.

So Good! I dislike sweet potatoes ALOT but I loved them in this recipe! My kids ate them and asked for more.

Made this recipe three times to date and always turned out. My wife likes it because of the sweet potato flavor, but I prefer to add a dallop of sour cream and Bacon bits to mine. Recommend that cookie sheet be greased well or they will stick.

I made a large batch for a party, and there wasn't one left over! I added garlic powder and it helped make them very flavorful. Many asked for the recipe after the party was over. I'll definitely make them again.

I've made this recipe several times. It's very good, this is the only way my husband will eat sweet potatoes. This is something that my husband requests and we will continue to make this recipe often.
