I love stir fries because you can use just about any kind of vegetables and this one is very good with pork or chicken.

Great weeknight recipe and the family ate it right up. If using sirloin, cut it as thin as possible as it can get a bit tough for younger eaters.

This was a great recipe that even my 5 kids loved. I didn't have any of the catalina dressing, so I made my own and threw in a package of frozen veggies..baby corn, carrots and broccoli. It was way yummy. I will definently make this again.

made the sweet and spicy, but left out the chili flakes, because I have kids. Easy and great recipe.

I have made both the Sweet and Spicy and Ginger Pork, They were both a hit and i make them on a regular basis now. I change up the veg's though, i use onion, orange pepper and snow peas or broccoli in them. Use your favorite. I do change the receipe a bit, i fry the meat until almost done and then start added veg's, if you do as the receipe says you will end up with mussy veg.'s. And snow peas always go in last as they only take like 2 minutes to cook up.
