I've made something very similar to this, only I use the Italian style shake & bake. It is very good! I also use spagetti sauce...

THIS IS THE KIND OF RECIPES I NEED. IT IS HIGH IN PROTEIN. WE NEED MORE RECIPES FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY. THEY HAVE TO HAVE LOTS OF PROTEIN. WE JUST NEED LOWER CARBS. THANKS

I make this all the time- it's sooo easy and fast! I put tomato sauce instead of diced tomatos on the chicken with the cheese for about 10-15 minutes until melted and serve over texas toast! My husband loves it!

Just the kind of recipe I look for....it's quick, it's easy, and it is very, very good. If you like chicken, you will surely like this.

Great shortcut - I like to use italian breadcrumbs on the chicken better than shake and bake, but either one it pretty good, and the shake and bake is probably less calories since you don't have to fry it. Give it a try!

THIS CHICKEN WAS VERY GOOD AND DIFFERENTAND WAS VERY QUICK I WOULD RECOMEND IT TO ANYONE
