My mom made this for the holidays and I have also made it. It is very easy and delicious.

I used Philadelphia fat-free cream cheese instead of the reg. cream cheese, and fat free sour cream. I used some egg replacers (silken tofu). My omni friends and family loved this!

Wonderful as is! I did try with strawberry preserves, but presentation was not as good- the color was not vibrant and less appealing!

The cheesecake turned out great! I did make it in a spring form pan, and cut back on the berries (to just less than 1 cup). However, it took twice as long to bake in the spring form pan as the recipe calls for doing it in a 13 x 9 inch pan.

I absolutely love this recipe. I will never make a cheesecake again without adding sour cream. It just turns out so creamy with it. The very first time I made it, we ate the whole thing before it even had a chance to cool! I did tweak a few things though. I doubled up on the crust and added about half of the blueberries. I didn't want to overdose on them and it came out amazing that way. Cheesecake factory has some competition with this one. Do not make this if you are going to be in the house alone with it-you WILL eat the entire thing.
