I make this recipe often and we all love it including my picky eaters, 2 and 5 year olds. You can change the type of salsa for meals in which adults only are eating to a hot salsa for extra flavor. Its great

this is a staple in our house! We call it mexi-mac 'n cheese. The kids love it for the mac 'n cheese part and we adults love the little spice with sweet corn in the mix. So easy, so quick, so good! No kidding! This is the only recipe I have commented on!

My family was amazed when I came home and made this meal so quickly and in only one pan. The ingredients cost less than $10 and the recipe has such an addictive flavor that my family is asking for it again already.

We liked this recipe i would recomend using rotel instead of the salsa. I did it that way too and it added SO much more flavor. It is kinda bland without it!

Loved this dish and very simple to make. I used canned corn and shredded cheddar cheese rather than Mexican style cheese. A very big hit!
