really good, really fast, no leftovers..
Quick & easy, but used the regular Taco Bell Salsa ( couldn't find the chunky one) and the flavor was very good. I added more cheese on top and especially liked that this is cooked on top of the stove, leaves the oven free to cook dessert!
My husband thought this was great! He's a big eater and this dish provided more than enough!

Very easy to make, filling, and delicious! The balance of spicy and cheesy was perfect. I added some hot sauce too, which made it even better!
I have a big eater in my family so I doubled the recipe. I would not recommend doubling the salsa or thecheese from the macaroni and cheese dinner, it is too much. My kids would not eat it.
I tried this recipe for dinner, and my family of 6, young kids included, all loved it! It was very good, and quite easy to prepare. It wasn't too spicy for the young ones, but it was still very good. Everyone really enjoyed it, and I will definately make it again. :)
great taste, I added a diced red bell pepper and a small diced onion. I took it to work and 8 people tried it and we all loved it. You have to try it!
This quickie meal turned out to be awesome. Between dinner with me and a late night snack, my fiance finished off the entire pan! Now he keeps asking me to make it again. It's definately become a favorite in our house.
My husband and I loved this! Next time I plan to cut back on the water just a touch, and add a can of undrained rotel for a little extra spicy tomato flavor. I used sharp cheddar for the macaroni dinner. Great for an easy prep, good meal at the end of a very busy day.
