Because this allowed for such variation, I added more beef than the recipe stated, a generous amount of chile powder, onions, garlic powder and onion powder. I boiled my mac., while I browned the beef and this dish was done in less than 20 minutes. Additionally, I served it with extra salsa, sour cream and tortillo chips on the side. My family of (6) loved it. When I make it again, I will try adding black beans to it as well

it all depends on the type of salsa you get. i got a mexican kind with beans and corn in it and the recipe turned out awesome. definately a recommendation.

Family liked the zing that the salsa added to this recipe. Will make again.

I used carb watch noodles and mixed veggies instead of just corn. It was a big hit!

Although quick and easy, this recipe received a thumbs-down from hubby and kids-they thought it was too sweet with the corn in it.

This was gross. It was plain. My family wouldn't eat it.

This was a fabulous and easy recipe for my husband to make by himself. He's good at many things, but cooking wasn't one of them until last night when he made this recipe. Now I am looking for more recipes like it so I can have him be the cook a little more often!
