My family loved it. I think it could have used more salsa. I could barely taste the amount it called for. When I make it again, I will add more.

Kind of bland, this would be a nice beginning recipe to something more...

My family loves this....rather than chili powder I just add a packet of Taco seasoning with the water and macaroni...super fast and not too spicy. Leftovers are amazing! My favorite part. :)

I cannot even describe how fantastic this dish is! All the ingredients compliment each other so well. My husband just said, "I think this might be breakfast tomorrow too!" Yes...it's that good!

We made this and our family LOVED it. I did not add the extra cheese at the end of the dish and it was still super cheesy and delicious. The corn really adds a nice touch. We did use some store brand products in the recipe. I would highly recommend trying it, and the leftovers even heated up great!

Needed a little bit more "spice" the first time I made it. So I added more chili powder and used stronger salsa and it was fantastic.

I only had regular mac & cheese on hand so I just put about 3T of milk with the cheese packet and added about 1/3 in. slice of velveeta cheese mixed with a little milk. It turned out very good.
