I thought the recipe was easy to make and most of all my family absolutely loves it. I topped off with sour cream and took out the corn. Either way makes it good.

Very easy, and just enough cheese and spice. Very impressed. We used regular mac & cheese instead of the deluxe.

Loved this recipe. Not too cheesy and not too spicy like many of these type recipes turn out. Big hit with both me and my wife. Used lean ground turkey.

I made this for supper tonight. I used some of other suggestions I found while reading the ratings on this dish. I seasoned the meat with chili powder and taco seasoning; and I used a hotter salsa than suggested. I think it really helped add lots of flavor! Really easy, too! One pot meals are great!

This dish was VERY easy and quick to make. I will definitely make it again. I added a little bit of the mexican cheese and green onions to the mixture when I added to cheese sauce and then put the rest on the table for everyone to add to their own taste. My family loved it!

This was much better than I expected! I made it for the kids, but my husband and I really enjoyed it, too!

I used ground turkey instead of beef and added a little shredded cheddar cheese as well. I will definitely make this one again.

I have made this recipe a few times. My granddaughters love it because it has Macaroni in it and it is not too spicy. One makes sure we don't eat it all so she might have enough for her school lunch the next day. Easy to put together.
