Made this for Thanksgiving this year for the pastor and his family. It was a huge hit! Rich and yummy! Be sure and keep cold or the caramel will run over the sides. Looks JUST like the picture!

I made this for Thanks giving this year. My family really enjoyed it. It looked just like the picture. My springform pan was 10 inch instead of 9, But it didn't make much difference.

I made this for Thanksgiving and am planning on making it again for family Christmas party this weekend. Very easy! One reminder. Don't forget the milk in the caramels. I did and had a hard Caramel plate on the Cheesecake. It was the laugh of dessert. I ended up just lifting it off in one piece and serving without.

My husband made this Cheescake for Thanksgiving. It was a big hit. Making it did not seem so difficult either. I heard no complaining in the Kitchen while he made it. I would recommend this to everyone. However only cut small pieces it is a very rich cake.
