I make this cheese cake a few times a year. It’s a little too sweet to my family’s tastes so I only put half the sugar in. it is even better that way.
This was the first time I've baked a cheesecake by myself in my adult life and it will not be my last! This cake was a complete success! It's absolutely delicious and easy as pie, no pun intended! It was a total win at the office. I've already got multiple requests to make more!!!
I have made this several times and still get requests to make this at family get togethers. It is so yummy
LOVE!!!!!! this cake I have made this cake many times. I have added caramel to the batter and everyone loves it. However DO NOT TILT THE CAKE EVER!!!!
OMG, i made this w/my own little twist, and my family went crazy, i have been making this for over 5 years now, anyone who trys this cake will love it! It looks awsome, taste delicious, and i promise they will love it!
I was never a big cheesecake fan until I made this recipe, a few years ago!! This is a rich, yummy desert!! I shared this with a friend who's daughter requested it for her birthday!! Everyone who has tried it loves it!!
My husband and guests could not stop talking about the this cheesecake!!The texture is fabulous and the taste is fantastic. I did however use Mexican Crema in place of the sour cream, don't know if this made a difference, but, Thank you Kraft Foods!!!
I have made this many times and it always turns out perfect. I do however have a 10 inch spring form pan instead of the 9 inch so it's not quite as thick.I also have to use a few more cookies around the edge.
Followed the recipe and it came out just like the picture, and it was delicious. But ... It is very difficult to cut because the caramel top gets very pliable. If you try cutting conventionally, the cake gets really messy. I ended up cutting the caramel topping with a scissors first and then cutting through with a knife.
I love this recipe, and my family and friends love it too! I've made it many times. Prepare the caramel sauce just before serving, but be sure to let it cool enough so that it is not too runny before pouring on the cake. Then it will look beautiful and also be easy to cut. Thanks for a wonderful recipe, Kraft!
