My husband and guests could not stop talking about the this cheesecake!!The texture is fabulous and the taste is fantastic. I did however use Mexican Crema in place of the sour cream, don't know if this made a difference, but, Thank you Kraft Foods!!!

I have made this many times and it always turns out perfect. I do however have a 10 inch spring form pan instead of the 9 inch so it's not quite as thick.I also have to use a few more cookies around the edge.

Followed the recipe and it came out just like the picture, and it was delicious. But ... It is very difficult to cut because the caramel top gets very pliable. If you try cutting conventionally, the cake gets really messy. I ended up cutting the caramel topping with a scissors first and then cutting through with a knife.

I have made this cheesecake twice and it absolutely amazing! The first time I made it, my mother took a picture of me holding the recipe picture next to the actual cake. She still has that picture in her cell phone after almost 4 years! She said it was the prettiest cake she had seen and it looked just like the picture. My most favorite recipe in the world.

I love this recipe, and my family and friends love it too! I've made it many times. Prepare the caramel sauce just before serving, but be sure to let it cool enough so that it is not too runny before pouring on the cake. Then it will look beautiful and also be easy to cut. Thanks for a wonderful recipe, Kraft!
