Superb! I have never made a cheesecake in a spring-form pan before. I always use the store bought crusts. Wow! It turned out great. Presentation was stunning.

My daughter made it yesterday and I must say it was DELICIOUS! If you are reading this review and have not made up your mind. Just do it. It's a wonderful and easy recipe to do.

I made this for some co-workers as practice to make it for Thanksgiving, they all loved it!!! Pepole were asking if I could make one for them to have at their holiday gatherings.

This recipe was a hit at my dinner party! People loved the look of the Nillas around the cheesecake! The caramels were sooooo goode too. THanks!!!

This recipe was fabulous! The only thing I would change, would be not putting the nilla wafers around the side, they got very soggy. I would crush the extra 16 wafers, add a little more melted butter and go up the sides of the pan with the crumbs. My husband brought some to work and everybody raved about it. I make alot of cheesecakes and this one has to be one of my favorites. I would definetly make this one again.
