This is a beautiful and delicious cheescake
I have made this many times. It is delicious. For a better presentation (unbroken cookies around the side) line your springform pan with lightly buttered parchment paper.
This is quite possibly my favorite cheesecake ever! It's also easy to make, which is great. I used Neufchatel cheese instead of cream cheese. It's lower in fat and you really can't taste the difference.
This was the best cheesecake recipe I have ever made. I used a little bit less sugar with the cream cheese since I figured the caramel on top would make it sweet enough. It turned out absolutely perfect... tasted perfect and looked exactly like the picture.
Made this for Easter and everyone loved it there was none left will be making it again also very easy to make and it looked just like the picture.
I made this recipe for my husband's family and they LOVED it! It was so yummy. The one problem that I had was I had to bring it to them and they live 3 hours away. By the time it got there all of the caramel topping had slid off the top! It was a mess but still tasted good. Next time, I'll wait to put the caramel topping on until I arrive!
Cheated a bit and used a pre-made Nilla Crust, but I believe it came out just as good and saved time during the busy holidays! This dessert went as fast as lightening!!!!
This is really easy and my family loves it!
I have been making this cheesecake for five years and everyone loves it its kind of expensive if its not during the holidays and philadelphia cream cheese is not on sale. I made it one day with a store name brand cream cheese and it was not the same.
This is the best cheesecake ever! Whenever I make it, people say it tastes better than a cheesecake from the cheesecake factory! Has anyone noticed that the crust is kind of thick? Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or not or maybe I need to put less than 50 vanilla wafers. This cheesecake will be in my cookbook forever!!!
