Made these for my daughters school lunch and they went over great. They were super easy to make and she loved them. I will definately be making these often.

What a great idea! I've always had a hard time getting my kids to eat different types of sandwiches, but since this doesn't *look* like a sandwich, they gobbled it right up. Not too much bread (which I like) and it's perfect for little hands. This has become a lunchbox regular for us.

This is great for lunches! Another idea to jazz them up is to add something to the mayo. A little cranberry sauce for turkey, dried dill for ham, etc. My favorite is adding a spoonful of cranberry sauce to mayo and using turkey meat. Very yummy!

This is the perfect solution for my son's lunch box. He is having problems biting into things because of loose teeth in the front of his mouth. We tried these and they are perfect. He just pops the whole thing in his mouth and doesn't have to use his front teeth at all. They are very tasty!! Thumbs Up!!

It's really good! I don't make it with the Mayo though. It is also good with many other lunch meats and even peanutbutter!

I did not make this particular recipe, but I do make something similar. Instead of using mayo, spread some cream cheese on the bread (I also mix chopped chives or other finely chopped veggies into the cream cheese) and then put a couple of slices of turkey (or ham or roast beef), lettuce, and tomato, roll it up, cut it into pieces, and stick toothpicks in to hold pieces together. It's a bit bulky, but the kids love it! And it adds calcium, protein, and vegetables all at once for a more healthier lunch.

I also made this for my son using peanutbutter. He called them "sushi rolls" and ate them with chopsticks.

I've made these a few times and my kids love them. My 3 yr old always takes his sandwhiches apart and only eats the filling, but this way he eats the whole thing.
