I made this dinner for my husband and myself but was really hesitant to try it. Salsa, sour cream and CURRY all together didn't sound too good, but I was desperate for a crock pot recipe and the rating for the chicken curry was intriguing enough for me to give it a try. VERY good! It doesn't come out looking like the picture, but who really expects it to? My only complaint was that the texture ended up more like a broth than a sauce, but not too big a deal. Next time I will use the idea to heat the curry up before I put it in the crock pot, but

I made this dish after a co-worker had brought it in for lunch. It smelled so good, I thought she had bought lunch from one of the local restaurants near our office. When she told me she got the recipe from Kraft I asked her to email it to me. It's extremely easy to make and the flavor is fantastic! I seasoned my chicken thighs with Garlic salt before hand and used 3 tbsp of Curry. I served it over white rice.

i made this recipe several times and i used a little less of the curry since i'm not into spicy food that much and added a table spoon more of the sour cream and it was sooo good, everyone in my family loved it!!!

This is VERY good! It works well with pork chops too. I used a little more than the 2 tbsp of the curry powder.

I personally didnt care for it, my husband said it was okay but not what we were hoping.

Loved it...my husband now demands this dish weekly! It wasn't as spicy as other reviews suggested...maybe because I left out the sour cream. Would definately make again and again.

The salsa w/ curry was a little odd... It smelled great, but I was a little let down when I tasted it. I will be searching for a better chicken curry recipe. The good news...very easy to make.

i MADE THIS LAST NIGHT, AND IT TURNED OUT PRETTY GOOD. HOWEVER, THAT PICTURE SHOULD BE CHANGED... BECAUSE THAT IS NOT WHAT IT ENDS UP LOOKING LIKE. THE MEAT FALLS OFF THE BONE AND SHREDS ITSELF UP MAKING A KIND OF CURRY STEW. I ENDED UP PUTTING IT IN A BOWL OVER RICE. IT WAS ALSO PRETTY MILD SO I ENDED UP ADDING MORE CURRY POWDER...AND THEN SOME CAYANNE PEPPER. BUT IT WAS GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME TO MAKE IT AGAIN. SUPER EASY TO MAKE TOO.
