I'm planning to make this recipe this week but wanted to comment on the picture. I couldn't make out what it even was. I think the pic is horribly deceiving for something rated so high.

Made this for dinner and my husband loved it...he does not like curry much so I was very happy. I doubled the sauce ingredients and it was perfect. EASY!!!

I used chicken breast because I do not like dark meat, and this dish was AWESOME!!! My kids loved it, and so did I :D It was soooo easy too!!

Made this today, as written except for used breasts instead of thigh meat, as that is what i had in the freezer. Fantastic results - lovely gentle flavour - however, next time i plan to almost double the amount of curry powder, as the sour cream really tones it down. Thanks for the tip on heating the curry in the microwave - learn something new every day! Will definitely be making this again - soon!

My husband and I both LOVED it! We are huge fans of Indian food, but we were not sure w/the list of ingredients how it would taste. It turned out perfect (and so easy)! Next time we are just going to use boneless, skinless chicken. We did use a different kind of salsa. We will be adding this to our favorite recipes!

Not as spicy as I wanted, now I know to add a lil extra to kick it up a notch.

Loved this recipe! I made a couple of adjustments after reading some of the reviews, I increased the amount of curry powder a little, added 1 tbsp garam masala, also added chicken broth, frozen peas, and cubed sweet potatoes for a one pot meal. I also subbed boneless skinless chicken breast for the thighs as I am not a fan of dark meat chicken. I didn't have sour cream so I used a small amount of reduced fat cream cheese. I will definitely be making this one again!

This is my new go-to meal for busy week nights. My husband and I both really enjoyed it. The chicken comes out incredibly tender, it falls apart. I like spicy food so I added an extra tablespoon of curry and used hot salsa.

I read alot of the other reviews, so I did add a bit more Curry powder...3 tblsp. total and then 1 tblsp. Garam Masala. I also added some garlic and 1 tblsp. sugar. Since I used a bit more boneless chicken thighs (12), I added a jar and a 1/2 of medium salsa....to have extra sauce for dipping Naan bread into. Jasmine Rice is a plus...do not use instant!
